How I got this far....
Within this great journey of life, we are all searching for what makes us happy, what makes us feel complete. I always felt it was such a waste for anybody to settle for doing anything less than what they truly enjoy. For most of my life I was one of those people, working as a receptionist for a copier dealer. I was miserable, simple as that. Then I lost my job. At first things were very hard for me, always feeling lost, not knowing what to do with myself anymore. One day I decided that I go back to school, maybe to be a nurse. That lasted one semester before I realized that's not what I really wanted to do either. I had a light come on in my head, I want to follow the dream I had always talked about, I want to run the best motorcycle repair shop in Salinas, CA. So I changed majors to business administration. I am currently on my sixth semester and still have two more to go. School has proven to be a tough one for me but I still enjoy the challenge of it. After graduation, I will attend tech school to get certified as a motorcycle technician. This is going to require a lot of sacrifice and commuting. Working on any kind of vehicle is what truly makes me happy, and I'm really good at it too. I am looking forward to learning everything I can and soon being able to fix people's motorcycles. I am hoping to have the best shop in Salinas with great customer service being our top priority. In the future, I hope to make it a family business by adding the help of my three sons (I already have the promise of at least one.)
